Measuring HR has become an important topic. For many organizations, the cost of labor has become the single biggest expense. Yet too often decisionmakers are at a loss as to what should be measured, when they should be measured, how they should be measured, and so forth. There are a staggering number of choices of HR metrics that could be used. Yet not all HR metrics are important or are worth measuring. So, how do you and decisionmakers in your organization identify the best metrics to use, find ways to use the metrics, apply improvement based on the analytical results of examining the metrics, and improve HR decision-making? This webinar session will address that question and others of importance. In this session, attendees will learn about best practice in measuring HR and applying lessons based on experience to what counts on the human side of the enterprise.
